PENN KIDS

Penn Kids includes ministry to those from newborn through 5th grade. We offer a nursery for ages 0-2, and classes for ages 3+. Each age group is cared for and taught in a way that fits their stage of development, helping children feel secure, known, and loved. 

Children learn biblical truth through engaging lessons, activities, and relationships. Using age-appropriate teaching, we help kids understand who Jesus is, what He has done for everyone, and how they can begin to trust and follow Him with their everyday lives. Your child can expect fun, love, and learning as we seek to make Sunday morning a truly engaging experience!

Safety is a top priority for Penn Kids! All adult team members are background checked, trained, and have a passion for serving your child with love and protection. Children's Church and Sunday School are well-supervised in safe, Jesus-centered environments.

Penn Kids is the children's ministry of Penn Memorial Baptist Church, whose mission statement is: Love God, Love Others, and Live on Mission. As a church committed to this mission, we strive for each person to Know Jesus, Grow in Jesus, and Go on Mission for Jesus. We believe parents are the primary spiritual influence in a young person's life. Our ministry is to support and reinforce what God is doing in the home by providing teaching, encouragement, and opportunities for spiritual growth within the local church community. Please find monthly resources below to help you engage in discipleship with your kid(s)!
